Well, today I learned the techniques behind the lifting. Amazingly proper breathing and new techniques helped immensely! I actually increased my "maximum" tolerance from Wednesday's 90 to 165 lbs! I was pretty happy to say the least. Today we focused on legs, so I didn't get to try the barbell to see if that could improve as well.
I have the feeling I'll be REALLY sore this weekend, but at the moment I feel GREAT!
